Women still face a multitude of obstacles in the construction industry: fear of retaliation for speaking up about harassment, dropping out of apprenticeship programs, and lack of mentorship and training, to name a few. Industry leaders should take steps to better listen to and support women in order to achieve real change. (Construction Dive)
